• Assembly of the project management team (studies office,control office, soil studies, topographer, quantity surveyor…)
• Supervision of studies in accordance with the projet owner’s program and budget during all the phases of studies
• Coordination of studies to ensure that all cost components are under control and that the work can be launched within the expected timeframe
• Review and advice on the budget

Realization phase :

• Setting up the realization of the works
• Advice for the referencing, selection of contracting companies, management of consultations and analyses
• Follow-up and control of the execution – Deadlines, Quality, Safety
• Operational and financial management,
